Q: How can I order?
A: You can order online via our Secure Server, or if you
prefer to "order by mail" you can order our
catalog

How do you ship?
A: We use UPS. Most orders are delivered within 10-14
days.
Q: Can your shipments be tracked?
A: UPS allows tracking. At the present time, you can
check on the status of your order by clicking on the order
status at the top of the page.
Q: Do you sell to international customers?
A: NO, not at this time.
Q: Can we return items?
A: Yes. Returns or exchanges should be done within 30 days
of receiving the item and the item must be in new
condition. However, you are responsible for the return
shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee. Please
insure the returned item as it will be refused if the item
has been damaged enroute.
Q: What should we do with damaged items?
A: Orders received by the customer, damaged in any way,
should be reported at once to the delivering carrier.
Then, contact us for further instructions. In general, the
delivering carrier will pay you for your loss. Please
contact us immediately for items that arrive undamaged by
the carrier but are defective in some other way.
Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Most all orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours
for shipment.
Q: Why do you need our "exact" billing address
information?
A: Fraud in today's world is a big problem on the net and
off. We do what we can to screen out these orders, and the
need for a correct billing address is only part of the
screening process.
Q: What if I do not receive any order confirmation?
A: This usually means that you used an improper email
address or that your mailbox will not receive our mail.
These orders may be cancelled or rejected as this is
another factor suggesting a fraudulent order. If we can't
contact the credit card holder, the order will not be
processed. We usually will make "one" attempt at calling
you using the phone number given.
